Do you ship to my country?
We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country.


How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment.  Typical shipping times are 15-21 days.

Typical Shipping Times (once order is processed):
USA: 10 - 25 days
UK: 10 - 25 days
Australia: 10 - 25 days
Canada: 10 - 25 days
Western Europe: 10 - 30 days
Rest of world: 10 - 40 days

For third tier countries, we can only offer proof of shipment, we are not responsible for missing, miss delivered, or damaged items once they are shipped as tracking is not available

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP at info@tasall.com so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.


Can I have a tracking number?
In most instances yes. Certain countries we cannot provide tracking as it is not available. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 5 business days from order to received your tracking number. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order conformation and a shipping notice.

Are the "FREE" items really free?
YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
